· TikTok Live Payment products ( see policy below ).
4.TikTok Live Payment Policy
· TikTok Live Payment products ar special orders sourced directly from the market based on each customer ‘ s request during a live sale .
· These items are purchased specifically for you and are not part of our regular stock , so orders are generally divided into two payments :
4.1. Deposit – Paid to secure the item .
4.2. Final Balance – Paid before shipment .
. Once a deposit is paid , it is non – refundable except in cases where the item cannot be sourced or arrives with a confirmed major quality issue .
· If the final balance is not paid , we will hold the item and your deposit until payment is completed . Orders will only be shipped after full payment is received .
· By purchasing TikTok Live Payment products , you agree to these terms . In the event of a payment dispute after the item has been purchased for you , we will provide this policy and proof of purchase as evidence to the payment processor or bank .
5.Damaged or Defective Products
